That’s why your membership currently includes access to a Physiotherapist service, designed to support you with early advice, guidance and expert resources when you need it.
How the physiotherapist service
could support you
With a focus on preventing and managing aches and pains, the physiotherapy support available through PG Mutual’s HealthHero app is designed to help maintain your musculoskeletal health. It provides early intervention, guidance and education to help you make proactive changes and reduce the risk of minor issues becoming more serious.
You may get help with:
- Restoring movement and function affected by injury, illness or disability
- Problems involving the musculoskeletal system, including bones, joints and soft tissue
- Creating tailored exercise plans and supporting you to safely and independently complete a home exercise programme
Easy access through our HealthHero app.
Members can book a consultation through the PG Mutual HealthHero app and choose either a telephone or video appointment. You’ll receive an initial assessment session, followed by up to six treatment sessions as appropriate.
