Terms and Conditions – PG Mutual Veterinary Financial Wellbeing Survey

To enter the prize draw for the chance to win one of five £100 Amazon eVouchers, you must complete the survey in full by 23:59:59 1st July 2025.
Only one entry per person is allowed.
If you are or have been in the last 12 months a director, an officer, or an employee of PG Mutual or a family member of such a person, you will not be eligible for the prize draw. You must also be a resident of England, Scotland, or Wales.
The winners will be drawn at random during the week commencing 7th July 2025 and will be notified by PG Mutual no later than 14th July 2025. Your email address will only be used to notify you if you win, and it will be deleted after the prize is awarded.
Your prize cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
Results of the survey will be collated and reviewed by PG Mutual as well as shared with their partners with an aim of better understanding the needs of veterinary professionals and their members. View our Privacy Notice here.
